Blairgowrie & Rattray Local Place Plan

Our aim is to complete and register our Local Place Plan (LPP) with PKC by 31 March 2025.
A Local Place Plan maps the aspirations of a town and can be used to help inform the Local Development Plan (LDP) produced by PKC - LDP 3 will be compiled over 2025 - 2027 to cover the development of the town from 2027 to 2037.
Our Place Plan Progress
During January to February 2025 we are compiling the comments and suggestions to create our LPP - we hope to have the initial draft out for a 28 dat consultation on 24 February 2025. We will update as we make progress.
