Our Heritage Presents: Gripping Tales of Gore and Ghostly Goings-on!

Time: Monday 28 October at 7:45pm - 9:30pm

Location: St Catharines

A spooky local history talk from our very own Wilma Philip for Halloween!

In our bubbling Hallowe'en cauldron of tales from local history we have the ghost of Lady Lindsay, imprisoned in the castle tower for smothering her husband with a feather pillow, The Green Lady of Newton, the Drummond Murders and the ghost of Janet Drummond brandishing her husband's blood soaked shirt and, finally, the Ghost o' Mause and the burial of the murdered drover's bones in the Hill Kirkyard.

Fancy dress encouraged!

Doors open 19:45, talk begins 20:00

This is a free event, with donations accepted online or on by cash/card at the door. The suggested donation is £5/person.

Our Heritage Blairgowrie & Rattray SCIO is entirely volunteer run and funded through public donations, so supporting this and future events directly funds our work to collate, interpret and display the local and family history of the east Perthshire area.
